TLT bolsters regional office

TLT has recruited Helen Daley from rival law firm Freeths as an associate in the projects, infrastructure and construction team.

Daley joined TLT’s 73-strong Manchester office in Spinningfields and will advise on a range of non-contentious construction matters and construction disputes particularly in the energy and renewables, public sector and housing sectors.

Daley specialises in dealing with contentious construction and engineering disputes, acting on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, funders and consultants in relation to litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution, particularly adjudication and mediation. She also has experience in non-contentious work.

She is a member of the Society of Construction Law and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, sitting on the North West Committee.
