Three take offices at Bruntwood’s St Christopher House

Bruntwood has secured three new lettings at St Christopher House in Stockport, totalling 10,800 sq ft.

Manchester and District, a part of the Harvest Housing Group, will occupy 6,200 sq ft on the sixth floor.

Medicals Direct Group has moved into a 3,000 sq ft office suite, while Answer IT has taken a 1,600 sq ft office.

Andrew Butterworth, Bruntwood sales director, said: "These 3 deals are testament to the quality and cost effectiveness of our office space at St Christopher in Stockport. The varied nature of the lettings also highlights Bruntwood's ability to provide flexibility in terms of suite size to meet businesses varying office requirements."

Meanwhile, Bruntwood has also secured two new lettings at Caledonian House in Knutsford totalling 1,246 sq ft.

Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions has taken 826 sq ft of office space on the ground and first floors and Langrick Group has taken 420 sq ft.

Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions provide training courses to convert qualified mechanics into professional aircraft engineers and has clients such as EasyJet, Jet2 and Monarch.

David Owen, managing director of Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions, said: "Caledonian House is perfect for our current office requirements, being located in the heart of Knutsford town centre with easy access to several amenities. There's also excellent public transport and on-site car parking for the convenience of our trainees."

The rental agreements on all the deals were not disclosed.
