Three new tenants at Bruntwood’s 61 Oxford Street

Bruntwood has reported a trio of deals at its refurbished offices in Oxford Street, central Manchester.

Media buying agency PHD North has taken 3,000 sq ft; economists Roger Tym & Partners 2,500 sq ft; and Seven Architects 1,000 sq ft.

Bruntwood sales director, Andrew Butterworth, said: "These deals come only three months after our refurbishment and re-branding of the building, which we've owned for over 10 years. We've purposely developed the building so it can accommodate a diverse range of customers, in suites from 450 to 4,500 sq ft."

The former cotton mill, built in 1850, has undergone a complete refurbishment to provide offices over five floors with a new reception area, exposed beams, columns and brickwork, as well as fully restored sash windows and wrought iron staircase.

Edwards & Co and WHR are joint letting agents on the building.
