Three new recruits at HOW

Manchester-based HOW Planning has added three staff to its planning and environmental advisory team.

Hilary Brett joins as environmental consultant from Newcastle City Council's regeneration team. Before Newcastle she spent three years at Wardell Armstrong.

Richard Wilshaw joins as a graduate planner from DPP Consulting, and will work on HOW's retail portfolio.

Matthew Robinson joins HOW straight from University College London's School of Planning as part of HOW's graduate scheme. He will be working with Carol Clarke, associate and an RTPI mentor, who will provide guidance and advice leading up to his qualification as a planner.

Gary Halman, partner at HOW Planning, said: "We had a very positive end to 2011 and have already had a very busy start to 2012. Together Hilary and Richard bring a great amount of experience and expertise to the team and will be a huge help with our growing workload. In addition we have been able to create another graduate opportunity and are looking forward to working with Matthew as part of our graduate scheme."
