Three in running for US corporate

Service Source, the American inward investor looking to open an office in Liverpool, has short-listed three buildings.

The specialist call centre operator has an office in Dublin and wants to expand its UK and Ireland operations with a move to England, choosing Liverpool for the base from which to grow.

Bruntwood's The Plaza, the Corn Exchange, owned by private clients of Mason & Partners, and Silkhouse Court, owned by Commercial Estates Group, are the three buildings in the running.

Service Source wants to take occupation of an 8,000 sq ft office by the end of July.

CB Richard Ellis is advising Service Source. All parties declined to comment.
