Three hires for Faithful+Gould

Dan Cadman, who has joined as a regional director in the cost management team, heads a list of recent arrivals at Faithful+Gould.

Cadman will be working extensively on the Our Town Hall project for Manchester City Council. Before moving to F+G, Cadman was a lead partner at Rider Levett Bucknall in Manchester, where his clients included Manchester City Council, The Co-operative and the Royal Northern College of Music.

His experience also includes the delivery of the Town Hall Extension and Central Library restoration and the refurbishment of St. Peter’s Square including the relocation of the Cenotaph.

Also joining is Indi Lall. an associate director in cost management. With 17 years of construction experience, Lall, who worked at F+G early in his career, had been working as a technical director at Jacobs. Based in Warrington, he will be focusing on commissions that F+G has recently secured in Liverpool.

The third arrival is Callum Priestley, who started in November. A graduate of the University of Salford in 2016 with a BSc in Construction Project Management, he previously had a consultancy role at RLB where he worked on education, industrial and technical schemes.

Cadman, who arrived in October, said: “Faithful+Gould has become one of the most influential consultants in the city’s future and it’s a privilege to be part of that.

“The firm has some fantastic projects across Manchester, including working with U+I on Mayfield, Urban & Civic on Manchester New Square and, for me personally, working with Manchester City Council to deliver the £330m restoration and refurbishment of the iconic Manchester Town Hall.”

Cadman currently guest lectures at the University of Salford.

Kieran McManamon, director at F+G, said: “The appointments of Dan, Indi and Callum demonstrates our commitment to the region and its importance to us. We are working on a number of significant projects and expect to be involved in many more as the North West is such a vibrant area for the built environment.”

Faithful+Gould’s North West offices are at The Exchange on Manchester’s New York Street and Chadwick House on Birchwood Park, Warrington.

SNC-Lavalin acquired F+G, as part of WS Atkins, in July this year.
