Three hires at Anywl Homes

Anwyl Homes has added three senior staff including land director Alex Wigfield, who joins the Flintshire-based company from fellow housebuilder Bellway.

Wigfield, who formerly spent seven years with Countryside Properties, will lead on Anwyl Homes’ land supply and acquisition, as well as securing planning permission at its sites.

Anwyl has also added John Daglish from Redrow as a commercial director. He will work with Anwyl’s surveyors, buyers, and administrators on cost control, forecasting and risk management.

Gemma Thompson has also been hired by Anwyl Homes as customer care management from David Wilson Homes.

All three joined the company in October this year.

Phil Dolan, operations director at Anwyl Homes, said: “As the company continues to expand we are committed to supporting this growth by carefully selecting our new recruits, ensuring we have the very best person for every role.

“Alex, John and Gemma all have extensive experience and knowledge of the property industry and bring valuable qualities and skill sets to the business.  I’d like to welcome them to Anwyl Homes, it is great to have them as part of the team, and I am confident they will excel in their new roles.”
