Morley-based property development company Bilsdale Properties said 80 Mosley Street in St Peter's Square in Manchester is now 92% occupied after three existing tenants have taken new leases at the building.
Close Invoice Finance, Ultimate Finance and Systech Solicitors have all agreed headline rents of £18.50/sq ft to meet expansion plans in the building.
Ian Steward, managing director in the north for Close Invoice Finance, said: "Since our relocation to 80 Mosley Street from Stockport, our business has performed very strongly and we look forward to moving to a whole floor in the building to accommodate our growing team.
"Our staff enjoy working within central Manchester and this location is a great base which helps to attract and retain our employees."
Will Lewis, partner of OBI Property, joint letting agents for 80 Mosley Street, said: "It is very encouraging to see three existing occupiers expand within the building in such a short space of time, underlining its appeal to a wide range of companies and its popularity with their staff."
Ultimate Finance occupied a 1,500 sq ft office at 80 Mosley Street in October 2009. The invoice finance provider has taken an extra 1,500 sq ft in the building.
Close Invoice Finance has taken an extra 1,851 sq ft, while Systech Solicitors agreed on an extra 600 sq ft of office space.
