Threadneedle secures letting in Wrexham

Greenwoods Menswear has agreed a new lease with landlords Threadneedle on 1,538 sq ft at 10 Hope Street, Wrexham.

Greenwoods has entered into a new five year lease at £45,000 per annum.

Michael Steel & Company acted on behalf of Greenwoods in the deal, while Threadneedle were represented by Kenneymoore.

After four months as interim managing director, Andrew Jones’ role at the last-mile logistics property company has become permanent.

An unnamed private investor has acquired the 27,200 sq ft 4 Clearwater at Lingley Mere Business Park in Great Sankey.
