Threadneedle buys Cheshire shed

Threadneedle Investments has paid £6.75m at a net initial yield of 8.5% for the 175,000 sq ft distribution centre occupied by logistics firm Howard Tenens in Winsford.

The shed, called ONE175, was sold by GVA acting as agent and LPA Receiver. The premises were previously owned by LaSalle Investment Management and Lynton Developments.

ONE175 is on Winsford Industrial Park close to the M6 and also occupied by Linpac Material Holdings, H&M Hennes, Henkel, International Paper and Advanced Medical Systems.
