Thompson takes over at LSH as Proudley leaves for Savills
Lambert Smith Hampton has named Jonathan Thompson as its new regional head of retail, taking over from Stephen Proudley who is leaving the business for Savills.
Thompson’s role focuses on markets in the North of England and Scotland. He joined LSH along with Proudley in 2015 after the consultancy acquired Tushingham Moore, where he had previously spent 11 years, latterly as a partner.
Sean Prigmore remains national head of retail and Criona Collins as head of retail in Ireland.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of LSH, said: “The retail sector continues to face challenging market conditions, but there are opportunities. Jonathan becomes our new regional head and will lead our retail offering in the Northern region. It’s a well-deserved appointment, and we thank Stephen for his contribution over the last four years.
“We remain one of the UK and Ireland’s largest shopping centre operators with a number of significant sites under our management, and Jonathan and his team will exploit our strengths in this area.”
