Independent property and building consultancy, Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, has made a series of promotions at its Manchester office, which opened in July 2011.
Hugo Bradley, head of the Manchester office, has been promoted to partner. Bradley had previously worked for Bovis Lend Lease Consulting before joining TFT.
Paul Wood, who joined the Manchester team from Savills in July 2012, has been promoted to associate.
Bradley said: "It was a strategic move to open a Manchester office, enabling us to strengthen our services for existing clients in the North West and further expand the company's presence in the region. And it has been a great success."
Alan Pemberton, managing partner of Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, said: "These promotions reflect the hard work and dedication both Hugo and Paul have shown in pushing growth in the North West, part of our strategic five-year plan, while ensuring our existing clients are well looked after."
There are six members of staff at TFT's Manchester office. Clients include PruPim, Legal & General and Lend Lease.
