Tesco to open Arndale House store next week

Tesco has completed the fit-out of its 4,300 sq ft unit at Arndale House on London Road in Liverpool city centre.
The supermarket chain will open its new store next week having acquired the unit from landlords Eden Mark Properties.
Matt Kerrigan, a retail surveyor at Hitchcock Wright & Partners, which acted on behalf of the landlord, said: "The letting deal has been agreed for a long time but the store will now open next Tuesday."
Tesco has agreed a 15-year deal at £54,000 per annum.
