British Waterways has completed the letting of 5,583 sq ft in Manchester's Potato Wharf to Tangerine PR.
Tangerine previously occupied a 2,000 sq ft suite within the building and now occupies space on the ground, second and third floors with an option to take the vacant first floor.
Richard Wharton of King Sturge, advising British Waterways, said: "Tangerine PR is expanding rapidly and the terms of the deal allow them to accommodate space to suit their current requirements but also expand further.
"Tangerine had options to relocate elsewhere but their first choice was always to remain within Potato Wharf, where the quality of accommodation with water frontage and onsite parking suited their requirements and image. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Tangerine in the future."
BNP Paribas Real Estate is joint letting agent with King Sturge.
