Synapse completes Kingsgate office deal
Langtree has signed Synapse to its Kingsgate office building in Stockport.
The national training provider has taken a wing totalling nearly 7,000 sq ft on a ten year lease.
Travis Scholes, head of academies for Synapse, said: "Following the success of our academies around the country a need was identified for expansion into the Greater Manchester area. The location of Kingsgate, with its excellent transport links provided the ideal solution."
The refurbished seven storey Kingsgate office building offers floor plates from 151 sq ft to 11,500 sq ft and front Wellington Road North, near to Stockport town centre and close to junction 1 of the M60 motorway, Stockport railway station, and bus station.
Synapse exchanged contracts with Bruntwood in July on an 8,570 sq ft office at the Grade II-listed Cotton Exchange building in Liverpool city centre.
Synapse also has offices in Warrington, Manchester and Birmingham.
WHR Property Consultants and CBRE are joint letting agents on Kingsgate. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
