Sutton Kersh hires King

Liverpool's Sutton Kersh has strengthened its lettings team with the appointment of Mary King.

King, who has eight years' experience in the Liverpool rental market, has joined from Castle Estates.

Sutton Kersh said it was keen to expand its resources to ensure it has the capacity to manage the growing number of tenants and landlords in the market.

According to the agent there is high demand from tenants across Liverpool, particularly the city centre and south Liverpool suburbs.

Director Phil Lawton said: "An increase in the supply high quality rental properties is needed to satisfy the high levels of demand filtering through from frustrated first-time buyers, and homeowners hit by the recession.

"We are delighted to welcome Mary to our team. Her experience and knowledge will be a strong asset to us, and we look forward to a successful new year."
