Sutton Kersh hired to market industrial sites

Sutton Kersh Commercial has been appointed to let three industrial properties near Liverpool city centre.

The sites, which cover two acres off Great Howard Street, were previously occupied by Bunner Galvanizing which closed in 2008 blaming the impact of "regulation and interference" from government and the European Union.

The plots are owned by Bunner's founder Trevor Bunner.

They are:

  • A 0.7-acre secured yard in Denbigh Street with an annual rent of £25,000.
  • A 0.4-acre open-sided steel storage building on Lightbody Street with a rent of £20,000.
  • A single-storey high bay warehouse in Shadwell Street with separate repair workshop, and an adjoining two-storey office, priced at £40,000 a year.

Jonathan Owen, director of commercial agency at Sutton Kersh, said: "The sites provide a unique leasing opportunity close to the city centre with heavy duty yard surfacing to motorway standards and benefits from high security perimeter walls and CCTV."
