Sutton Kersh details July auction catalogue

Merseyside auction house Sutton Kersh will offer 71 lots at its next sale on 15 July.

The sale will take place at 12noon at the Marriott Hotel in Queen Square, Liverpool City Centre.

The catalogue includes a variety of vacant residential property, development and redevelopment opportunities and commercial property.

52-54 Allerton Road carries a guide price of £350,000. The two-storey corner retail/office premise is currently let and produces an annual income of £40,000.

36 Crosby Road North has also attracted investor interest pre auction. The building has 2,000 sq ft of office space and is currently let to two separate tenants, producing £10,250 a year off a guide price of £140,000.
