52-54 Allerton Road carries a guide price of £350,000. The two-storey corner retail/office premise is currently let and produces an annual income of £40,000.
36 Crosby Road North has also attracted investor interest pre auction. The building has 2,000 sq ft of office space and is currently let to two separate tenants, producing £10,250 a year off a guide price of £140,000.
