Merseyside auctioneer Sutton Kersh is offering 85 lots at its next sale in Liverpool on 10 September.
Among the lots is a three-storey detached Georgian style property at 17 Devonshire Road, in a conservation area between Princes Gate West and Ullet Road.
The property has been converted to provide 12 self-contained apartments and requires a full refurbishment. The potential annual income when fully let is in excess of £60,000. The guide price is £400,000.
Elsewhere, a three-storey plus basement town house in Falkner Square in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool, arranged as five self-contained flats producing annual income of over £30,000, is also available. The guide price is £400,000.
Meanwhile Granada Buildings, a detached four-storey former community centre, function room, bar, children’s play centre and gymnasium on East Prescot Road which could suit a variety of uses, subject to planning, is guided at £280,000. Part of the roof is currently let to O2 producing £8,000 each year.
A Georgian grade two-listed building at the corner of Maryland Street and Rodney Street, next to John Moores University is also available.
The former office premises are being offered with full planning consent for a 12-bedroom residential scheme at a guide of £480,000.
