Sutton Kersh announces June lots

Residential investments in Falkner Square and Myrtle Street in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool are among the lots available at the next Sutton Kersh auction on 3 June.

A three-storey Georgian mid-townhouse overlooking Falkner Square Gardens, close to the University of Liverpool and the city centre is arranged as six self-contained flats producing £40,000 each year. The guide price is £450,000.

The mixed-use investment in Myrtle Street made up of five letting rooms and a ground floor retail unit generates income of £40,980 each year and is guided at £400,000.

Elsewhere, a four-storey plus basement Georgian style end townhouse on Great Mersey Street, off Stanley Road, has a price of between £160,000 and £175,000.

The property is in need of repair and modernisation and was previously in the final stages of a restoration project to provide a nine-bedroom house for multiple occupancy.

Also for sale is a mixed-used investment on the corner of Smithdown Road and Rossett Avenue in Liverpool. The property comprises a tenanted hot food takeaway plus two large flats currently producing £45,243 in rent each year. The guide is £290,000.

A three-storey, five-bedroom end of terrace house in Sunbourne Road, Aigburth, which includes central heating is for sale for £100,000.
