A vacant three-storey Victorian property on Judges Drive in Newsham Park with full planning permission for conversion into five self-contained flats, is guided at £135,000.

Also available is a vacant three-bedroom mid-terrace house on Alverstone Road in Allerton ready for immediate occupation. The guide price is £120,000, which is below current market values.

The former International Social Club in Prescot Road, Fairfield, has a guide price of £175,000.

In the Tranmere district of Birkenhead five separate plots of land have a declared nil reserve.

Cathy Holt, joint head of auctions at Sutton Kersh, said: "This is the biggest sale to take place in Merseyside for a long time and presents investors with a vast choice of buying opportunities in all categories.'
