Sutton Kersh acquires Thomson & Moulton

Liverpool property agent Sutton Kersh has added to its steadily growing business by taking over local firm Thomson & Moulton. The deal, which comes after eight months of discussions, will allow Sutton Kersh to expand both its residential and commercial management and lettings services.

Thomson & Moulton will stay in its Mount Pleasant office 'for the time being', giving Sutton Kersh its ninth branch across the city.

Sutton Kersh's auction business has spread to London, and the company also owns an overseas property arm.

Paul Sutton, managing director of Sutton Kersh, said: "Thomson and Moulton's extensive expertise and knowledge of the commercial and residential management and letting markets, including their large flat block management portfolio, will enable the group to offer an even more extensive range of services and this can only further benefit our clients."
