Sutcliffe secures partnership work

The Liverpool-based consulting engineer has announced a number contract wins, providing services to organisations throughout the region and other parts of England.

Sutcliffe is appointed on frameworks with the Riverside Partnership, covering all parts of England, One Vision Housing, Cheshire East Council, The Walton Centre and developers Neptune. Sutcliffe did not disclose details of the projects it is working on with these organisations.

Sutcliffe said these are additional appointments to the work it has done for several social housing and extra care schemes on behalf of a number of registered social landlords. This has included extra care facilities at Liverpool Road in Widnes for Halton Housing Trust and Nazareth House in Blackburn for The Sisters of Nazarath Care Home Group.

John Sutcliffe, managing director, said: "Sutcliffe are firmly committed to partnership working and this is demonstrated not just by our framework appointments but by our high volume of repeat business."
