Studio Liddell expands in Fairbairn Buildings

Property Alliance Group has agreed office expansion terms with its existing tenant Studio Liddell at its Fairbairn Buildings in Sackville Street, Manchester city centre.

The independent digital creative agency has taken a further 1,000 sq ft to accommodate the company's growth after moving into the property in 2008. Studio Liddell now occupies around 4,000 sq ft at Fairbairn Buildings.

Ian Liddell, managing director at Studio Liddell, commented: "The style and character of space at Fairbairn Buildings continues to be an attractive factor for our staff and clients. We're delighted with the service provided at the building by Property Alliance Group and to be able to acquire additional space at Fairbairn to facilitate our company growth."

Fairbairn Buildings underwent a refurbishment after Property Alliance Group's acquired the building in 2007 from Manchester University.

Other tenants include Golley Slater, Reid Architects and Tata Steel.
