Bolton Birch is marketing a development site for sale in Chester with planning consent for student housing.

The cleared site is 0.33 acres and fronts onto the Shropshire Union Canal and Bridge Lock on the west of Whipcord Lane.

The consent allows for 36 en suite bedrooms in clusters of apartments in two separate three-storey blocks. There would be office and laundrette space on the ground floor level of one of the blocks and 15 car parking spaces.

Jonty Goodchild at Bolton Birch said offers in excess of £460,000 are invited.
