Stratos opens Cheshire office
Graeme Wood's development and investment consultancy, Stratos PDI, has relocated to new offices in Knutsford but will retain a Manchester city centre base.
Wood set up Stratos five years ago after several years as head of Knight Frank in Manchester.
He said: "Whilst the Cheshire market is well served, there is a gap for a specialist provider of agency, letting and transaction services in areas such as Knutsford, Northwich, Middlewich and Winsford which is where I feel I can continue to build a robust client base that I can service personally from a local office."
Wood has taken office space at Windsor Court in Knutsford's King Street. He will retain the Manchester office in Old Colony House, 6 South King Street.
Wood added: "Knutsford is an obvious location for us in that it provides easy access to the motorway network both North and South. The potential flexibility and convenience offered in relation to family and work/life balance was also an added attraction."
Clients include Derwent Holdings and Pannone.
It was always my dream as a little boy to be the transactional guru for Winsford, Knutsford and Middlewich.

Can this man not wear a suit and a tie. Somewhat belittles the property profession.

Agreed. It might be acceptable when client side, but not a consultant.
