Stockport picks Terrace Hill for office park

Stockport council has selected AIM-listed Terrace Hill as preferred developer on a 270,000 sq ft business park near Cheadle Hulme.

The 20-acre scheme, Terrace Hill's first in the North West, will be situated on the site of the former Gorsey Bank housing estate.

Adam Pratt, development director of Terrace Hill, said: "The opportunity to develop a high quality mid-urban business park in Stockport marks another key step in the town's renaissance.

"Terrace Hill has a strong track record working on similar UK public/private regeneration projects and this appointment secures our expansion into the North West market place."

Jones Lang LaSalle represented Terrace Hill during the tender and was retained as consultant and letting agent.
