Agent WT Gunson has completed the sale of three units at Bankside Business Park for client Pleskam Property Developments.
Swift Marketing Solutions, represented by TFC Commercial Property, has paid £1.75m for the 28,000 sq ft property, and intends to occupy the 22,800 sq ft Unit 7.
The other two units, which are around 2,500 sq ft each, are occupied by DXCG and Eticom, the companies taking six-year leases from February 2017 and December 2016 respectively, each at £18,000 per year.
Neal Sayle, partner at WT Gunson, said: “The building was brought to market in January, and was put under offer after a month or so of marketing.”
Bankside is on the south side of Coronation Street in South Reddish, close to junction 27 of the M60.
