Steam Packet House 85% let

Only one floor remains left to let at Steam Packet House on Cross Street, central Manchester, after landlord Ribot Investments agreed a deal with A2Z School of English to take the first floor.

A2Z will occupy 3,460 sq ft on a two-year lease at 70-76 Cross Street, an eight-storey building with retail units on the ground floor.

Will Kennon, senior surveyor at letting agent CB Richard Ellis, said: "The letting is testimony to our clients forward thinking approach in an uncertain market by offering tenants short term, flexible leases at sensible prices on prime city centre real estate. The result is a well performing building which is now over 85% let with good interest in the remaining floor."

CB Richard Ellis and Edwards & Co are the retained joint letting agents for the remaining fourth floor accommodation.
