St Modwen seals first deal at Prescot

AA Projects, a construction consultancy, has become the first office occupier at St Modwen Developments' Prescot Business Park in Knowsley.
The consultancy has relocated from Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool and taken a 4,400 sq ft two-storey office building on a ten-year lease within the 12-acre park at an undisclosed rent.
CB Richard Ellis is letting agent for St Modwen.
