St Modwen in Dreams deal at Runcorn retail park

Bed retailer Dreams has taken a 9,100 sq ft unit at St Modwen's Bridge Retail Park, Runcorn.
The store will open in March and joins Homebase which opened a 30,000 sq ft DIY store and garden centre at the park prior to Christmas.
Paul Batho, of St Modwen, said: "Looking at the site today it is difficult to believe just what an eyesore it was, lying derelict for many years."
St Modwen today announced pre-tax profits up by 3% to £100.1m in the year to 30 November 2007.
