St Modwen completes Stonebridge speculative scheme
The developer has completed the latest speculative phase at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool, adding 52,000 sq ft of industrial space at the 30-acre site.
The latest speculative unit, designed by architect Pozzoni and built by contractor Caddick, forms the third phase of development at Stonebridge, off the East Lancs Road and near Junction 4 of the M57.
The 30-acre park already includes DPD and UK Storage, while earlier this year, NBM and Liverpool Lancashire Properties took five-year leases at the business park.
Earlier phases include 15,700 sq ft delivered at Stonebridge East, along with 65,500 sq ft at Stonebridge West; around 34,000 sq ft of space is currently available. Last year, the 17,500 sq ft Unit 11 at Stonebridge was sold to UK Storage Co in a deal worth £1.5m
Stuart Murray, development director at St Modwen said: “Stonebridge Business Park is a key strategic site in the north west and plays an important role in the region.
“The scheme has attracted some major players in the logistics sector due to its ideal location and we’re confident that the site will continue to be of interest to high-calibre tenants who are looking for flexible, quality space.”
Avison Young and Knight Frank are the joint letting agents.
