St Modwen completes second phase of Widnes industrial park

Widnes Regeneration, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Halton council, has completed the second phase of speculative industrial development at the £5.9m Heron Business Park.

The latest phase comprises of 19 units, totalling 73,700 sq ft and ranging in size from 1,590 sq ft to 9,492 sq ft.

Work on the second phase began in August last year. The units are available by way of a short term lease or purchase of a 250-year lease.

The latest phase has been built on the back of the popularity experienced in phase one, where the final two units are currently in solicitors hands.

The project is funded by St Modwen and the North West Development Agency and supported by Halton Borough Council.

Dixon Webb and GVA Grimley are joint agents acting for Widnes Regeneration.
