St Modwen builds on early success at Prescot Business Park

St Modwen is to begin the second stage of Prescot Business Park in Knowsley after securing occupiers for half of the 40,300 sq ft first phase.

The 12-acre business park, formerly a BiCC Cables site, is aimed at small businesses and the initial development comprises ten units providing 19,324 sq ft of offices and 20,990 sq ft of light industrial workspace.

The second phase will consist of 33,500 sq ft and is due to start on site shortly. St Modwen has planning permission for a total of 215,000 sq ft of employment space.

CB Richard Ellis is letting agent for the first phase.
