St Hugh’s off the mark

Bruntwood has signed the first customer to its St Hugh's office building in Bootle since a £3.6m refurbishment completed in March 2009.

Asset Training & Consultancy has taken 2,515 sq ft of office space on the first floor of the building.

Colin Forshaw, head of sales at Bruntwood in Liverpool, said: "We've purposely developed the building so it can accommodate a diverse range of customers in suites, from 450 to 4,500 sq ft. In doing so, we're giving small to medium sized businesses access to some of the highest quality office space in Bootle at a highly competitive price, all delivered with a level of service that's difficult to find outside our portfolio. It also means we're able to offer our Liverpool customers a greater variety in product and price along with the flexibility to move around our portfolio as they require."
