Splash completes Ducie House deals

The regeneration company Urban Splash has secured new lettings at Ducie House in Manchester totalling 8,000 sq ft.

The new tenants that have moved into the building in the last month include MCA Anglais, fashion designers NadiNoo and software developers Prototype Theatre.

The office and retail scheme is located on Ducie Street near to Ancoats and Piccadilly train station and was one of Urban Splash's first commercial projects in Manchester.

Paul Jones, development manager at Urban Splash, said: "Ducie's cemented itself as Manchester's creative hub for more than a decade now and these latest deals again show the diversity and innovation of the companies that base themselves there.

"We have spaces available at Ducie House from just 100 sq ft right up to 1,700 sq ft so can meet a vast spectrum of business needs."

Other tenants include D Wilcockson, Mind Body, Spirit Radio, I need Pampering, Jewish Heritage UK, Chimp Magazine, and Codethink.

Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
