Spencer recruits industrial surveyor from CBRE

Industrial investor-developer Spencer Holdings has recruited Alex Taylor as in-house agency surveyor from CB Richard Ellis in Liverpool.

Taylor will be responsible for agency and lettings across the 5.6m sq ft portfolio, liaising with external agents, local authorities and prospective occupiers to coordinate lettings and disposals.

Knowsley-based Spencer specialises in the development of multi-let industrial, trade counter and office properties. The portfolio has expanded over recent years and now comprises over 100 estates nationwide with the majority of estates across Merseyside.

New developments include Chapel Brook, a trade counter scheme fronting on to Wilson Road in Huyton Business Park and Potters Place, a 106,000 sq ft redevelopment in Skelmersdale which is due for practical completion in the first quarter of 2009.
