Speke industrial approval for Capital & Centric

Developer Capital & Centric has received planning permission for a £3m development at Estuary Commerce Park in Speke, Liverpool on a site acquired from the Homes & Communities Agency.

The 3.2-acre site in DeHavilland Drive will be developed into two separate 20,000 sq ft warehouses creating 40,000 sq ft of industrial space targeting new start-up and small businesses.

Capital & Centric is developing the whole scheme speculatively, its third speculative development in south Liverpool in the past two years.

Construction is scheduled to start on site in the first quarter of 2014 with completion later in the year.

SixTwo Architects designed the project.
