Specialist rail contractor to double regional office
Strategic Team Group has launched a nationwide recruitment drive to take on 30 extra staff including ten in its Stockport office.
STG is currently busy upgrading train stations across the region including Runcorn, Preston, Carlisle, Lancaster, Manchester and Accrington to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.
The company is headquartered in Castleford, Yorkshire and has another office in Glasgow. It is looking to hire 30 staff across the three offices. The Stockport office currently houses 11 staff.
Among the posts the company is looking to fill are contract managers, site managers, quantity surveyors and business development managers.
Business development director, Charles Tweed, said: "We are confident that further job opportunities will develop over the coming months as we strive to maintain a high level of skill and experience."
