PRS 2019 LOGO SquareThe half-day event at the Science & Industry Museum in Manchester will provide an in-depth look at one of the most rapidly-growing and ever evolving parts of the residential market.

Darren Hutchinson, managing director, Barings Real Estate

Lee Hill, Northern build-to-rent director, JLL

David Smith-Milne, managing director, Placefirst

Jennifer Bendik, chief operating officer, Manchester Life

James Duncan, partner, Winckworth Sherwood

Danielle Gillespie, North West manager, Homes England

Sam Rowlands, chief executive, Brickland

Dave Power, group chief executive, One Manchester

Andrew Smith, director of living team, Pozzoni

Dr Thomas Moore, planning lecturer, University of Liverpool

Chaired by Jessica Middleton-Pugh, editor, Place North West
