Space Northwest completes deals
Three small lettings deals have been completed at Liverpool Innovation Park's Baird House business centre with existing tenants.
The lettings mean Baird House, which is set within the former Marconi headquarters site in the Edge Lane campus in Liverpool, is now fully occupied.
Spiral House, creators of games on consoles, PC and wireless platforms, has expanded its presence in the business centre by 30%, increasingly its office space from 782 sq ft to 1,021 sq ft.
Creative agency and online marketing specialists E-Blueprint, which formed in 2004 and started with hot desks, has also expanded to a 239 sq ft office.
Telecom and technology enabler Crosby Systems, which is part of Crosby Communications PLC run by Merseyside entrepreneur Matt Wilson, has now taken almost 700 sq ft of offices in Baird House for three years.
Wilson, chief executive of Crosby Systems, said: "We started with a 101 sq ft office in Baird House last year and we've now decided to consolidate our footprint to move some of our other operations here too."
Details of the rent agreed was not disclosed.
Baird House offers 33,000 sq ft of refurbished office space over three floors and is currently home to 25 businesses.
Liverpool Innovation Park, which includes Wavertree Technology Park, is owned by Space Northwest, a joint venture between Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the North West Development Agency.
