Aberdeen Asset Management has let the last remaining office space at Acresfield on St Ann’s Square, Manchester to Space 48.
The e-commerce consultancy has agreed a new 10-year lease for the property’s 6,100 sq ft fifth floor, at a rent of £18.50/sq ft. The transaction follows lettings to FujiFilm Imaging Colorants and AFL Insurance Brokers in autumn 2016.
Savills represented Aberdeen Asset Management in the deal.
Daniel Barnes, associate in the office agency team at Savills Manchester, said: “We are very pleased to have secured this transaction with Space 48, which takes Acresfield to fully let. The strong level of occupier interest received is testament to Aberdeen’s investment in creating a quality building with refurbished reception and communal features such as the indoor garden facility, which really sets this property apart from the competition.”
OBI is joint letting agent with Savills at Acresfield. WHR represented Space 48.
