Southgate Industrial Estate fully let

Southgate Industrial Estate in Heywood is now fully occupied, after Nolan Redshaw secured MTM Distribution as the final tenant on behalf of landlord Alden Green.

The estate was purchased in March 2014 by Alden Green and is made up of around 70,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation.

MTM Distribution has taken a 4,000 sq ft unit.

Jonathan Pickles, senior surveyor of Nolan Redshaw, said: “This recent letting to MTM Distribution of around 4,000 sq ft means that occupancy levels on the estate have now risen from 85% to 100% since our involvement. Alden Green has carried out all required refurbishment works since acquiring the estate last year, ensuring that all incoming tenants have been presented with a quality turnkey property solution.”
