Smiths & Sons details April auction

Auction house Smith & Sons will offer 32 lots at its auction in Wirral, due to be held on Wednesday 25 April.

The lots include houses in need of refurbishment presenting an opportunity for builders and owner occupiers to carry out refurbishment works.

A six-bedroom semi-detached house in Osborne Road, Wallasey is offered at a guide of £70,000 with an anticipated value once renovated in the region of £160,000.

A substantial double-fronted property in Regent Road, close to Wallasey Golf Club, could become offers potential either to retain the property's two flats or refurbish to a quality family home and a large house on Elm Road North in Prenton is being offered at "an extremely realistic guide", being part vacant and part tenanted.

A residential investment in Ravenswood Road, Heswall is an excellent investment opportunity with an established tenant and offered at a substantial discount to other sales in the area.

Four refurbished flats in Green Lawn provide a good rental income and residential development sites in Neston and Rock Ferry are being sold with planning permission. The land in Neston has planning for the construction of six apartments whilst the land to the rear of Ravensbrook Avenue, Rock Ferry has planning for a single dwelling.
