Smith & Sons will be offering 36 varied lots throughout Merseyside and Cheshire at their next auction.
Residential and commercial properties will go under the hammer on Wednesday 1 May at the Village Hotel in Bromborough, Wirral.
Residential lots include four-bedroom homes in Seaforth, Serpentine Road, Wallasey and Kirkland Road, Tranmere, each of which which have guide prices of between £50,000 and £95,000.
Commercial lots include a block of lock-up garages in Oxton, a refurbished office building off Hamilton Square and an MOT Testing Station in New Ferry.
