Smith & Sons' next sale will feature 41 lots majoring on residential on 31 March at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.

The auction house is offering residential investments throughout the Wirral including West Kirby, Heswall, Moreton and Wallasey, including a range of assured, shorthold and regulated tenancies.
