Smith & Sons April auction
Wirral property auctioneer Smith & Sons is offering 27 lots at its April auction sale at Village Hotel in Bromborough on Tuesday 29 April.
These include the 5,000 sq ft Hillside Christian Centre in Birkenhead, comprising two interconnecting church buildings, and a three-storey commercial property on Woodchurch Road in Prenton at a guide of £140,000.
A grade 2-listed building in Hamilton Square has a guide of £20,000-£30,000 and is suitable for office space or a duplex apartment.
A number of small terraced properties are also offered at low guide prices which Smith & Sons said would provide high yields once refurbishment works are completed.
Chris Johnson, auctioneer at Smith & Sons said: "Once again we have a wide range of lots in this auction that will prove appealing to a broad audience. The majority of the lots are residential properties in need of refurbishment and suitable for builders or owner occupiers. There are also commercial investments that we believe will generate a good deal of interest."
