A listed four-storey office building off Hamilton Square in Birkenhead, with a guide price of £135,000, is among the standout lots at Wirral auctioneer Smith & Sons' next sale.
The catalogue also contains semi-detached houses in Bromborough and Eastham offered at realistic guide prices and a detached house in Noctorum Avenue, Prenton.
Residential investments let to long-term tenants include a converted building in Prices Lane, Oxton, set within the Conservation Area.
Among the commercial lots is a showroom retail space previously used as a DIY store in Ellesmere Port.
The auction will be held at 2pm on 19 September at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.
