Skyline recruits from Cruden

Skyline Property Solutions has recruited Vince Chadwick to its project management team.

Chadwick joins from Cruden Construction and brings with him 38 years experience working in the building industry for the health, education, commercial, retail, leisure and social housing sectors with project values of up to £11m.

Chadwick will be based in Liverpool and will manage projects around the North West and other parts of the country.

Within the last two years, Skyline has expanded its workload from space planning and office fit-out, through to commercial construction, M&E projects and building refurbishment.

Past clients of Skyline includes Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership, Liverpool John Moores University, and Smit Harbour Towage.

Skyline Property Solutions is based in Wellington Employment Park, north Liverpool, and has 19 staff in total.
