Skipton takes central Bolton site

Independent surveyor Nolan Redshaw has acquired the leasehold of 32 Deansgate in Bolton on behalf of Skipton Building Society.

The property occupies a prominent position opposite Marks & Spencer and Woolworths and adjacent to Waterstones. The premises comprise a ground floor retail unit, which is currently occupied by The Cheshire Building Society, together with a separate basement sales-shop, occupied and sub-let to Nelson's Footwear.

On the acquisition, Mike Redshaw, director, Nolan Redshaw commented: "Skipton is the sixth largest building society in the UK, with 84 branches across the country and we are delighted to act for another national organisation."
